I made some overdue balance changes and bug fixes today. I have not tested any of them, so please try to break the game, and Tweet me if you find any bugs. I’m trying to make more time in my schedule, so I can put out more frequent updates. Stay tuned. For now, here are the recent changes:
- Fixed a bug which made points invisible when dropped from enemies
- Challenge Altar (Dune Gauntlet):
- The displayed enemy level was much too high, and has been reduced accordingly
- Ending a wave early will now reduce each player’s altar cooldown by an amount equal to the remaining wave time.
- The altar cooldown has been reduced from 500 seconds to 400 seconds
- The altar cooldown no longer expires during boss waves or bonus waves
- The altar is no longer usable during bonus waves
- Power slime now drops a power orb, granting 6 power (down from 8)
- Power slime’s mana cost has been decreased from 55 to 40
- Power slime’s base health has been lowered from 50 to 30
- Experience slime’s base health has been lowered from 60 to 30.
- Ending a wave early will now cause the Orb from Oracle (!hpora) to grant experience (and expend its duration) by an amount equal to the remaining wave time.
- The Ninja’s base attack speed has been increased from 2.5 seconds to 2 seconds
- The Ninja’s base damage has been lowered from 85 to 80
